1. Origin: Macrophage from Abelson murine leukemia virus-induced tumor (BALB/c)

 

2. Morphology

양 끝이 뾰족하게 눌린 듯 한 방추형 모양이다.

3. Growth mode: semi-adherent (centrifuge: 5 mins, cell scrapper를 이용해야 함)

 

4. 배양 배지: 10% CM

   배양 조건: 5% CO2, 37°C

   배양 기간: overnight~24 h

   (대부분의 lps 처리 논문에서 overnight~24h 배양 하지만, 세포 정보를 찾아보니 2일 배양하기도 함)
